General Shipping Policies
All orders come with tracking.
If your order has not arrived after 2 weeks, please contact me and I will either send a replacement, or refund if your order has been lost in the mail.
If the customer has provided an incorrect address, I cannot replace or refund the items. Please make sure that your address is correct when purchasing.
I accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
Contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
Exchanges can happen when the item arrives in a damaged condition. While I will ship everything out with a quality check, accidents happen in the mail. Contact me within 14 days of delivery to initiate an exchange or return.
International Orders
Unfortunately, due to high rate of packages being lost or damaged, I cannot offer international shipping at this time.
Reach out to your local gift shop and suggest that they order wholesale from me through Faire!
