General Shipping Policies

  • All orders come with tracking.
  • If your order has not arrived after 2 weeks, please contact me and I will either send a replacement, or refund if your order has been lost in the mail.
  • If the customer has provided an incorrect address, I cannot replace or refund the items. Please make sure that your address is correct when purchasing.

I accept returns and exchanges

  • Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

  • Contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details

  • Exchanges can happen when the item arrives in a damaged condition. While I will ship everything out with a quality check, accidents happen in the mail. Contact me within 14 days of delivery to initiate an exchange or return.
